Property Update….

Taking advantage to another gorgeous Sydney winters day we took the pups out to the land to have a look at the progress made on the neighbouring lots.

No progress made on our site yet of course. But the council assessor has been out to the site and so long as there are no errors in the submission or objections the plans should be approved next week. If that happens Rawson's have said they should be able to start on site in August. Yay!!!!

But some of the neighbours have been making good progress.

Especially the defence housing in the development, they look ready to move into.

Very exciting.
